WAYS TO GET INVOLVED:
1. Prayer Teams: Prayer is the heartbeat of our ministry. In view of that, we have prayer teams that walk the streets where we minister. We invite small groups and bible study groups to come and pray for the streets before, during and/or after we are out there. Our desire is to have additional teams committed to meeting in homes and praying Thursday and Friday nights while we are out in Hollywood. It makes a powerful and drastic difference when teams are a part of this aspect of the ministry. We also post prayer requests each week on our Prayer Requests page for those who cannot come to the streets. 2. Thursday and Friday Night Teams: Another way to get involved is to join one of the two teams that go out every Thursday or Friday night to witness to the broken-hearted. Because of our desire to build relationship with those on the street we commit ourselves to going out every Thursday or Friday, dedicating one day per month or less for those we witness to, and meeting together as a group four times per year to assess our progress and the needs out on the street. Groups carpool from Orange County and Los Angeles and meet in Hollywood at 11pm to build relationships on the street, worship, and host bible study. 3. Mission and Group Exposure Night Trips: This option gives an opportunity for those that would like to go out to the streets to make an impact but just would not be able to commit to a regular basis. These could be as short as one night and as long as one week. If you are interested in upcoming dates and information regarding these trips or scheduling one for a small group or church please contact antquan@brokenheartsministry.org or Nick@brokenheartsministry.org for Friday night exposure trips.
